Your boys are so cute. I have a female Corgie named Pawtus. She is constantly on the move which I am not use to. Is that a trait of this breed?

Corgis are herding animals  so lots of activity is very good for them - especially since they so easily put on unwanted weight - the more excercise the better :D

your Pawtus is very cute indeed - how old is she?

Pawtus is about 8 but still very puppy like which is fun. I was thinking she would slow down by now but glad she hasn't. She does gain weight quickly so we do walk as often as possible.
Right now we are getting lots of white stuff and she loves to play in it so will take her out.

Fine thank you!
I've improved my stress management a bit. :) Now, in second year I only study interpreting.
Now we have to read about financial issues, the economy.. (things that I'm not really interested in.)

I'm a bit more confident now and my note-taking also improved a bit.

Thank you for asking :)

How are you doing?

 camping yet this year :tears:
too much :onfire: fire and  rain for months :tears:

but they sure do love the dog park

we're planning to travel to OK in October - then maybe the gulf coast for long walks on the beach :fingerscrossed:

for now, work is full time and we're grateful for the extra money

so how are you?

how's the water situation?

will you be able to feed your entire herd through out the winter this year? sure hope so :fingerscrossed:

 :iconcowbeeplz: and Fred too :manhug:

The water is finally starting to recede from our fields, but they are a horrible mess and it is going to take a long time to restore them back to the alfalfa fields they were. We have had some very hot weather for most of the last month now, and they finally have closed the Diversion (no more water going into Lake Manitoba). We only have about 300 bales so far. (we need 1500 to feed the whole herd over the winter). We are leaning towards only keeping about 40-50 of the 140 head. We think it's time to get out of the cattle industry.

On a happier note, we just might manage to get away on a little camping trip next week. We both really need a break and I'm making a rule that there is no talking about farming, or flooding while we are away. :D We are going to head to the Lake of the Woods region in Ontario. It is about a 4 hour drive from us and an absolutely beautiful area. :fingerscrossed:

Take care hun :icondoublehugplz: Hope you get some relief from that heat.

things certainly are changing all around the world - seems the skill we all need most now-a-days is flexibility :manhug:

hope you have a fantastic camping trip - we won't be able to get away until October at the earliest :tears:

but we're having fun with the puppies since we're pretty much tied to the house for another month

 :iconcowbeeplz: and of course Fred too :manhug:

I am really looking forward to this trip. We both really need a break.
Haven't even picked up the camera for weeks. Hope to get some great scenery.
 to you both. We are off later this morning. No internet or TV for a week.
Take care.
