With a first look I thought this was a sort of collage created using different kind of papers. Looking better at it I noticed you created a painting using different textures and I've been really fascinated by this style. I really like the whole background you created with the mountains' tops going over the coloured canvas, as if they were too big for the image, and also with the way you reproduced the water and ice. The bear walking on the ice looks funny and I really love the brush strokes you used to paint it as they almost look like hair. The fish trapped in the ice is hilarious and adds adds a warm feeling with red in the middle of all those cold colours. If there's just one thing that don't convince me in this it's the Orange colour you used to write on the bottom of the image. I think it could look better with a neutral colour, but that's just my opinion.
