the joy of a boy and his worm

While attending a citizenship swearing in ceramony in Santa Fe New Mexico, i came upon this boy. He was amusing himself with a worm - he was so thrilled with his discovery, i feared he would eat his new prize. Thankfully, his Mom was close at hand to save him from such a slithery snack.

admitedly a little different take on the subject of romance- but never have i seen anyone express more strong effection for anything than did this young man for his worm
